This is an appeal by five taxpayers and voters from an order of the circuit court denying them leave to intervene in a quo warranto proceeding after a judgment sustaining the validity of the district. The State’s Attorney filed the original quo warranto proceeding. The defendants are members of the Board of Education of the newly organized district. The appellees filed their motion to dismiss the appeal accompanied by a supporting brief. Appellants answered. We set the motion for oral argument indicating questions we desired argued orally.
