(dissenting). I respectfully dissent from the opinion of the court in this case. The sole question involved here is whether the deceased, August Olson, at the time of the accident resulting in his death, was an employee of the,school district.

The compensation act is recognized as the greatest piece of humane legislation ever enacted in this state. This court has always held that it should be liberally construed to carry out its humane purposes.
