PRYOR, Circuit Judge:
The issue in this appeal is whether the district court abused its discretion when it awarded a student who is disabled placement in a private school as compensation for violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400-1482. Jarrón Draper entered the Atlanta Independent School System as a student in the second grade.
