Sam and Debra Stout (“Debtors”) seek a determination of the secured status of the First National Bank of Sterling, Kansas (“Bank”) in certain growing crops. Debtors and the Bank stipulate that the Bank holds signed security agreements in which the debtors purport to grant a security interest in their growing crops.
