The jury found appellant guilty of capital murder, and the trial court assessed her punishment at confinement for life. Appellant appeals. We affirm.
The record reflects that appellant employed Gerald Wayne Arnold to shoot and kill her husband. On or about April 10, 1997, Gerald, for remuneration and the promise of remuneration, shot and killed the victim.
