ROBERTSON, Judge.
Appellant, Theodore G. Chrun (“husband”), appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court awarding his former wife, respondent, Lorraine G. Chrun, (“wife”) a portion of his current monthly pension payment from the Police Retirement System of the City of St. Louis.
