— This action was brought about by the plaintiffs Des Moines Bank & Trust Company and G. B. Jensen, appellants herein, filing in the probate court.of Polk County, Iowa, notice of the assignment to them of certain collateral security consisting, among other collaterals, of three assignments of Eobert C. Eamsay, Stella Misc., and Margaret Beal of their one-tenth interest each, being three shares of stock each to be delivered by the Economy Goal Company, Inc., and one-tenth interest each of their interest in the estate of George II.
