This case is here on the transcript. An examination of the record discloses that on May 27, 1941, the plaintiff filed a petition, charging defendant Erwin G. Bruening with extreme cruelty, and praying for a decree of separate maintenance, child support, reasonable alimony, suit money and attorney’s fees. On August 26, 1941, defendant Bruening answered by filing a general denial.
