This action is brought by plaintiffs, United Capital Corp. (“UCC” or “Plaintiff’) and its wholly-owned subsidiary of TriMart Corp. (“Tri-Mart” and collectively with UCC, “Plaintiffs”), against Travelers Indemnity Company of Illinois (“Travelers” or “Defendant”) and arises out of a dispute regarding insurance coverage. In the Complaint, Plaintiffs allege three claims. The First Claim is for breach of an insurance policy for failure to provide insurance coverage.
