1 jThis appeal arises from the trial court’s dismissal of the rule for possession filed by Guste Homes Resident Management Corporation (“Guste”) based on the criminal activity of Guste resident Renard Thomas. The trial court found that Guste failed to prove that the alleged criminal activity of Renard Thomas threatened the health, safety, or peaceful enjoyment of the premises by Guste residents or staff.
