Appellant Westchester County Savings and Loan Association (“Westchester”) appeals from the district court’s order affirming two bankruptcy court orders and final judgments granting appellee Irving Trust Company’s (“Irving Trust”) motion for summary judgment. The orders of the courts below established Irving Trust’s pri- or and superior rights as a bona fide purchaser to the proceeds from the sale of two Government National Mortgage Association (“GNMA”) certificates.
