Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield (“Empire”), plaintiff in the above-referenced action, brought suit against the Consolidated Welfare Fund of the Journeymen Production Services of America and Canada International Union Local 157 (the “Fund”), Henry Finiguerra, the Fund’s Administrator; Evergreen Administrators, Inc.
