We have examined the petition in this case and the will of testatrix, principally for the purpose of ascertaining whether the allowance of this petition would be inconsistent with the general testamentary purposes of Mary S. Crozer, deceased, being less concerned to inquire either into the wisdom of the policy of the church congregation or the amount to be obtained in the proposed sale of the property.
