In this appeal, we must determine, inter alia, whether the common law crime of indecent exposure encompasses intentional conduct that occurs within a private home of a third party. A jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County convicted Gerald Wisneski, appellant, of indecent exposure; illegal possession of a regulated firearm by a person previously convicted of a crime of violence; illegal possession of a regulated firearm by a person previously convicted of a disqualifying crime; and wearing, carrying, or transporting a handgun.
