Head, Presiding Justice.

1. Jurisdiction of the present case is in the Supreme Court, and not the Court of Appeals, for the reasons stated in the opinion of Judge Frankum for that court. See Dixie Belle Mills v. Specialty Machine Co., 103 Ga. App. 478 (120 SE2d 54).

In its amendment seeking equitable relief, which was stricken by the court on oral motion in the nature of a general demurrer, the defendant prayed that the written contract be “reformed to comply with the oral understanding between the parties as to completion of the entire work,” and that, if it should be found that the contract…
