Reversing.
Dewey Richardson has appealed from a judgment sentencing him to life imprisonment in the state penitentiary for the murder of G-oebel Fraley. He insists that the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence, and that the court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the whole law of the case.
