Todd Gant, being dissatisfied with the recovery secured from Bobby Dee Banks for his personal injuries in his automobile-collision neghgence action against Dumas Glass and Mirror, Inc. (Dumas Glass) and its employee, Banks, has pursued this appeal with seven points of error.
