This proceeding was begun by 'the plaintiffs below, in the district court of Republic county, *689to obtain an order for an execution against the property of Orrin Abbey as a stockholder in the Republic County Cooperative Association, a corporation against which the plaintiffs below had a judgment. December 23,1887, the defendants filed in the district court of Republic county a motion asking an order directing an execution to issue against the property of the plaintiff as a stockholder in said corporation, to satisfy a j udgment in their favor against said corporation.…
