This is a conversion suit. Suit was brought by William H. Fenlon, Trustee in Bankruptcy, in the matter of Michel’s Par-fumes, Inc., Bankrupt, hereinafter called appellant, against Morris Jaffee, individually and doing business as Central Park Mall, hereinafter called appellee.
