Writ of error is brought to review an order of the circuit court for Waukesha county, Circuit Judge CLAIR VOSS presiding, affirming a March 10, 1976 judgment of the county court of Waukesha county, WILLIAM G. CALLOW, presiding. The court, after accepting a plea of guilty, convicted the plaintiff in error, Michael Locklear, of three counts of issuing worth less checks in violation of sec. 943.24(1), Stats. Sentence was imposed, stayed and the defendant was placed on probation.
