In this original proceeding relator, the Prosecuting Attorney of St. Louis County, seeks to prevent the respondent, Judge of Division No. 3 of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, from exercising further jurisdiction in a habeas corpus proceeding pending before respondent. The petition for the writ of habeas corpus was filed in the Circuit Court by Willard Lloyd Williams, hereafter referred to as the petitioner, on June 20, 1962.
