OVERTON, Senior Judge.

Vaughan’s Landscaping & Maintenance and its insurer (hereinafter referred to as “employer”) appeal a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (“commission”) awarding benefits to Timothy Jason Dodson (“claimant”). Employer contends the commission erred in finding that claimant proved he sustained an injury by accident while in the course of his employment.
