—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Franco, J.), dated June. 24, 1998, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

In his verified bill of particulars, the injured plaintiff claimed *267that as a result of the accident, he suffered permanent injury to his right arm and his cervical spine. His medical records for the six-month period after the accident indicated that the condition of his right arm improved with therapy, but…
