Knox v. Municipal Court of City of Des Moines

Cases 54552, 54553, 54555, 54564, and 54601 involve procedural questions which arose in contempt proceedings, and will be *712considered together. The substantive evidence indicates petitioners acted contemptuously. But substantive guilt does not mean procedural rules may be discarded. If it did, the rules for fair procedure to ascertain guilt would not be needed in the first place.
