Memorandum: On appeal from a conviction of felony murder, first degree robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, defendant contends, inter alia, that he was deprived of a fair trial by the People’s failure to turn over Brady and discovery material and that he was prejudiced by the admission of photographs of the victim’s body and the crime scene.
