This is an action of ejectment brought by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in error to recover the possession of certain real estate.
It is alleged in the petition that the plaintiff has a legal estate in and is entitled to the possession of the following described piece of land off of the west side of lots numbered 11 and 14 in section,30, township 5 north, range 17 west, of the 6th P.
