The Superior Court of the City of New York and Buffalo
Appeal from equity term. Action by Thomas Pearsall Thorne and Clay M. Greene against Thomas Henry French to enjoin defendant from producing a certain opera at his theater, and for damages for breach of a contract to produce a certain opera, of which plaintiffs are proprietors. From a judgment refusing to grant the injunction, but awarding damages to plaintiffs, defendant appeals.
