delivered the opinion of the court.

Alleging to he one of the heirs of Doña María Reyes Ma-chín, plaintiff herein filed a complaint in the District Court of Humaeao seeking the nullity of a deed of sale executed by her predecessor in favor of the defendant. She alleged in the first cause of action that said deed was not executed at one time and in the presence of the attesting witnesses and, as a second cause of action, that the deed was void because the contract lacked consideration.' The defendants answered the complaint and denied the essential facts alleged therein.…
