Presently before the Court is the motion of Sharon Boub (“movant”) for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to section 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code. Movant acquired a deed to premises located at 6731 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from the Prothonotary of Philadelphia County on February 28, 1985. She seeks relief from the stay in order to obtain possession of the property, which is currently being occupied by James Joseph Dennison (“debtor”).
