The whole case centers around this transaction, the complainant alleging that it was fraudulent: 1st. Because it was made with intent to hinder, delay and defraud the creditors of Pollard. 2d. Because Pollard was imposed upon as to the amount of indebtedness held by Rich against him and against the firm of R. M. Whipple & Co. 3d. Because Rich occupied a confidential relation to Pollard as his attorney, and took advantage of that relation to impose upon him. 4th.
