Kenneth McDonald appeals from the district court’s decision granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, the City of Corinth, Don Brooks, Robert Capewell, Lorna Kithil, Shirley Spellerberg, and Kevin Tapply (collectively “the City”). McDonald contends that he had a property interest in his continued employment as Administrator of the City of Corinth and that he was terminated from that position without due process in violation of his Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
