This writ of error is founded upon an adjudication of a contempt in refusing obedience to a peremptory writ of mandamus. The writ of mandamus was awarded and issued by the Superior Court sitting at Hartford, in accordance with advice given by this court, after a full .hearing and argument, upon a reservation.
