This appeal arises from an action brought by Teresa Tagliente (“Tagliente”), trustee of the Tagliente family, charging David C. Himmer with fraudulent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive acts and practices in violation of Mass.Gen.L. ch. 93A. The fraudulent misrepresentations relate to the sale of a parcel of land located in Methuen, Massachusetts, to Ta-gliente on July 31, 1986.
