KAROHL, Judge.

This court remanded State v. Meyers, 811 S.W.2d 400 (Mo.App.1991) to the circuit court for the purpose of re-examining defendant’s Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986) challenge to the jury. We there held that defendant, a white man, had standing to make a Batson challenge on the authority of Powers v. Ohio, - U.S. -, 111 S.Ct. 1364, 113 L.Ed.2d 411 (1991).
