Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (McGrath, J.), rendered December 1, 1995, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts) arid sodomy in the first degree, and (2) from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, Jr., J.), rendered February 14, 1996, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.
