Presently before the Court is a motion by Plaintiffs, Maine Central Railroad Company and Portland Terminal Company (the “Railroad”), to stay the effectiveness of the arbitration award between Plaintiffs and Defendant, Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes (the “Organization”), entered on October 30, 1986, and filed in this Court on November 3, 1986.
