At the trial it appeared that plaintiff owned a lot which was in a natural depression below the level of the surrounding streets. In this case the plaintiff is the owner of a tract of land containing about four acres, and surrounded by city streets on all sides. The whole lot was situated in a depression of the surface below the grades of all the streets, and was irregular in shape on its surface, being at some points lower than at others.
