— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pesce, J.), rendered October 23, 1989, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Having failed to raise any objections to the adequacy of the plea allocution in the court of first instance by moving to set it aside or to vacate the judgment, the defendant failed to preserve his claims for appellate review (see, People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636; People v Maida, 147 AD2d 711; People v Lucas, 119 AD2d 700).
