OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Roberta A. Moore (hereinafter "Moore"), appeals the Union County Court of Common Pleas decision to revoke her community control and impose its reserved sentence of sixty (60) months imprisonment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On April 26, 2006, Moore was indicted on four (4) counts of Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug in violation of R.C. 2925.22(A), (B)(1), fourth degree felonies, and one (1) count of Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug in violation of R.C. 2925.22(A), (B)(2), a fifth degree felony.
