Willie McGlory, doing business as Park View Foods, was suspended from the Food Stamp Program for one year after a “shopper” employed by the Department of Agriculture reported that on six occasions she was able to purchase non-food items, including cigarettes, with food stamps at Park View Foods. A Food Stamp Review Officer received written reports from the shopper and based his decision on these reports.
