This proceeding was begun in the court of common pleas of Crawford county for the purpose of effecting a dissolution of the Titusville Oil Exchange, a corporation organized under the laws of Pennsylvania. A petition in the name of the Titusville Oil Exchange, signed by its officers and directors was presented to that court under the provisions of the act of April 9, 1856, *516and its supplements, setting forth, in a general way, the existence of the conditions required by that act in order to secure the benefit of its provisions.
