MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON CROSS MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

By his complaint in this adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff and Debtor, Paul Winehell, seeks a determination that the Defendant, the Town of Wilmington, Massachusetts, is not entitled to postpetition interest on its prepetition claim for real estate taxes. Pursuant to his confirmed plan of reorganization, under which the Debtor was obligated to pay the Town’s priority tax claim in full, the Debtor has paid the amount that was due on the date of his bankruptcy filing.
