Scott Tarriff and others (collectively “appellants”) appeal from an order of the district court granting a petition to enforce subpoenas ad testificandum issued to pharmaceutical company officers in the course of an ongoing Federal Trade Commission law enforcement investigation into agreements among companies suspected of unlawfully delaying entry of lower cost generic versions of a drug.
