This case involves an appeal from a will contest. Barbara Matheny appeals from the order of the Sharp County Probate Court admitting an unsigned, undated copy of a will as the valid last will of Roy Oldfield (November will). Appellees purport to be Oldfield’s heirs-at-law. Appellant argues that the probate court erred in holding that the November will had been properly executed and revoked another will (October will) that had been admitted to probate.
