This cause is before the Court upon the jurisdictional pleas filed herein by the defendants, “Lloyd’s of London,” properly referred to simply as “Lloyd’s,” and the “Non-Marine Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London,” hereinafter called the “Non-Marine Underwriters,” and likewise upon the motion for summary judgment on the merits that has been filed by the defendant, Insurance Research Service, Inc.
