These are consolidated actions by three buyers of condominium units against the sellers, the owner-developers of the Franklin Crossing Condominiums Project in Franklin. The plaintiffs assert claims under the Consumer Protection Act, G. L. c. 93A, §§ 2, 9, for unfair and deceptive practice on the part of the sellers in terminating the “reservations” held by these buyers. A judge of the Superior Court allowed the sellers’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaints.
