This is a suit in equity brought by the plaintiff as the employer of about one hundred seventy-five persons engaged in the manufacture of cotton dresses against certain officers and members of a labor union. The labor union is a voluntary unincorporated association consisting of many members. The bill was filed on February 29, 1936.
