This is an appeal from an oi'der of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County dismissing plaintiff’s petition. On July 16, 1956, plaintiff filed its petition alleging that defendant was indebted to it on an account for $176.80, pleading an express contract whereby it was entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee if the account was placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, alleging it had been so placed and praying for judgment for $176.80, interest, costs and a reasonable attorney’s fee.
