*658**122Leroy Willis was found guilty of murder, rape, and other charges arising out of the strangulation death of a victim whose body was discovered in the parking lot of a tire company where Willis had **123previously been employed and where he frequently slept.1 For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm Willis's convictions.
