We deny appellee’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our previously issued opinion, and substitute the following in its place.

The defendant, Robert Alvarez, and the co-defendant, Darnell Razz, were tried by one jury and each convicted of two counts of first-degree murder with a firearm while masked and one count of robbery with a firearm while masked.
